We are led by Nurse Dani Boyce, BSN, RN, who has extensive experience in public health and child care, and Amy Boyce, PA-C, a seasoned Physician Assistant. Together, they bring a comprehensive approach to childcare consulting, combining health, education, and operational expertise.

If your childcare center is in Washington and cares for infants under 12 months old, state regulations require you to consult with a Registered Nurse monthly. Beyond compliance, our consulting services can help you enhance the overall health and safety protocols of your facility, benefiting both the children and staff.

Each consultation visit is tailored to your center's needs but generally includes an on-site visit to the infant room. During the visit, I observe health and safety practices, inquire about recent illnesses, and advise staff on relevant policy updates. I also monitor infant development and provide referrals as needed. A detailed report is provided after each visit, including actionable recommendations to support your program's compliance and quality of care.

We provide monthly in-person consultations as required by state regulations for centers with infants. Additional support is available through email or phone throughout the month. We also offer annual staff training and regular newsletters to keep your team informed and up-to-date.
